How much do your services cost?

When is payment due?
• Hourly Consultations and Audits: Payments must be made in advance.
• Block Bookings (over 3 hours): A 50% deposit is required upfront, with the remainder due upon completion.
• Other Services: Payment is due within 15 days of invoicing. A deposit may be required before work begins​

What is your cancellation policy?

Individual Consultations: At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur the full session fee​.

Packages: Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the start date. Refunds are offered on a pro-rata basis for unused sessions, less a 10% administration fee.

Retainers: Require 30 days’ written notice. Refunds will be provided for unused hours in the current billing period, calculated on a pro-rata basis, minus a 10% administration fee.
​Example Calculation: A £2,000 retainer with 10 unused hours and a 10% admin fee (£200) will result in a £1,800 refund for unused hours.
